LPL 2007 (Tinian)
Book Repair
The firs LPL training was held in Tinian in conjunction with the 17th annual PIALA conference with a special focus on Book Repair. Through an application screening process, select library staff members were able to participate in the workshop and in the PIALA conference.
LPL 2008 (Yap)
Grant Writing
The second LPL training was held in Yap, with a special focus on Grant Writing, as a pre-conference in conjunction with the 18th annual PIALA conference. Similar to the 2007 LPL training, select library staff members were able to participate through an application screening process.

LPL 2009 (Pohnpei)
Digitization
The third LPL training was held in Pohnpei, with a special focus on digitization of library materials. Participants were selected through an application screening process and participated in a three-week intensive training program on digitization. The project culminated in the birth of the Pacific Digital Library project accessible online.
