The mission of PIALA is to enhance the quality of leadership in order to support and strengthen libraries, archives, and museums across the Pacific Islands
The Pacific Digital Library is a collaborative digital library development project created by a team of Pacific islander librarians. In May 2009, the “Leaders for Pacific Libraries” project conducted a 3-week training workshop in Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).
